Some web designers tend to give too much importance to visual side of the design while overlooking the technical requirements of the project. Which when fixed later in the project lifecycle, not only result in work overhead, but also result in web design losing its original impact, and elegance. Ultimately, one has to marry the visual side of the design and technical requirements in order to deliver an effective and high impact product.
